His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced that Dubai\u2019s total real estate transactions reached Dh917 billion, moving very close to the Dh1 trillion target set under the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, well ahead of schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033: Progress Ahead of Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Dubai&#8217;s Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033 was formed, in order to strengthen the larger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investindubai.gov.ae\/en\/why-dubai\/d33-agenda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Dubai Economic Agenda D33<\/mark><\/em><\/a>, which aims to double the emirate&#8217;s GDP and place Dubai among the world&#8217;s leading global cities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The fact that transactions reached Dh917 billion before 2033 indicates that Dubai&#8217;s real estate market is expanding more quickly than anticipated. transactions, including sales, leases, and related services (7% increase from 2024).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>18.7% increase in transaction volume year over year 30.9% increase in sales value compared to
